Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.
Orders may experience slight delays during periods of high order volume, holidays, or if additional information is required (such as incomplete payment or incorrect shipping details).
If any issues arise, our team will contact you via email before proceeding.
Transit Time
Once shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:
United States
7–10 business days (weekdays)
International Orders
10–14 business days (weekdays)
Please note that transit times begin after the order has been shipped and do not include processing time.
Shipping Destinations
Cleo & Carter currently ships to the United States and select international destinations, as available at checkout.
Shipping availability and options are determined by the address entered during checkout.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed with tracking updates and carrier information.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Cleo & Carter is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, as these are governed by local authorities.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, you will need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.
